The Spot is ideally situated, offering complete seclusion and privacy from other tenants within the complex. The modern interior has been purposefully designed to merge with the serenity of the outdoors. Sit on the spacious patio in the mornings and enjoy the sights and sounds of the indigenous bird species nesting in the lush vegetation that grows wild on the dunes leading up to the high tide. You will regularly see the monkeys indulging in the fruits of their natural habitat. Kick back and enjoy sundowners and a BBQ where the magnificent, unobstructed view of the sparkling Indian Ocean greets you. Watch the whales and dolphins as they frequently swim by. The communal swimming pool provides a cool and welcoming relief on the hottest of days, and is a wonderful distraction for children. The distinct lack of main roads or train lines adds to the tranquility of The Spot. Direct access to the unspoiled beach begs for long lazy walks. Surfing and fishing from the rocks are a favorite past time. The Spot is within easy walking distance to the main swimming beach, which is protected by shark nets, has full time lifeguards and a tidal pool. There are many other beaches within close proximity that can be explored and enjoyed. Your comfort and security is our top priority. Controlled access and 24-hour patrol of the premises ensures your safe living and parking within the complex. Catch the latest movie, go ice-skating or ten-pin bowling at the Galleria Shopping Mall. Head to Ushaka Marine World or enjoy a day trip to Tala Game Reserve just 50 km inland. Treat yourself to a game of golf at any one of the nearby Golf Estates. Croc World provides fun and education at the same time. If you enjoy a variety of cuisines why not try a crocodile burger in their restaurant. Stuck in South Africa for 4 months because of the ban on international travel. I could not imagine a better place to be quarantined. The Spot was a comfortable luxury. Waking up overlooking the ocean every morning and sitting on the deck watching the sunset every evening - counting those things we were grateful each day.
