Your body can detox…but only if the pathways are open.
The body is designed with powerful detoxification systems — the liver, kidneys, gut, lungs, skin and lymphatic system all working together to process and eliminate waste.
But in today’s world these pathways can easily become overloaded or sluggish due to stress, environmental toxins, processed foods, and disrupted rhythms.
When elimination pathways are congested, the body may struggle to clear metabolic waste, toxins and excess hormones effectively. Over time this can contribute to inflammation, fatigue, skin issues, hormone imbalance and other chronic symptoms.
Supporting detoxification isn’t about harsh cleanses.It’s about opening and supporting the body’s natural pathways of elimination.
In my practice I work with clients to design structured detox and metabolic reset protocols, including nutrition, fasting strategies and lifestyle support that help the body restore its natural capacity to detoxify.
