Women's Health needs louder voices and better answers. Thankfully, our founder, () is one of those voices, and has formulated an answer to at least a few of our problems: Hormone Synergy 💞
Here are the (not so fun) facts:
1️⃣ 3 out of 4 women do not meet the recommended strength-training guidelines of at least two sessions per week.
2️⃣ When young women lose their period, the drop in oestrogen can trigger bone changes that look similar to early menopause. Just 6-12 months without a menstrual cycle can start to reduce bone density.
3️⃣ Up to 50% of women over 50 will experience an osteoporotic fracture in their lifetime.
