Zensai Wellness Psychiatric Hospital is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to assist in the care of our patients.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience as a caregiver, preferably in a psychiatric or healthcare setting
Basic understanding of patient care and hygiene
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Physically capable of assisting patients with daily activities
Reliable, responsible, and professional

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
Observe patient behaviour and report concerns to nursing staff
Provide emotional support and companionship
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Support nurses and other staff as required

Competencies:

Compassion and patience
Professional attitude and reliability
Team player with good observation skills
Ability to follow instructions and hospital procedures

Minimum Requirements:

Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary

Zensai Wellness Psychiatric Hospital is looking for a competent and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our mental healthcare team.

Minimum Requirements:

Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nurse
Experience in a psychiatric or mental health environment will be an advantage
Knowledge of basic psychiatric nursing care
Good communication and observation skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Physically and emotionally capable of working in a psychiatric environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

Zensai Wellness Psychiatric Hospital is seeking a dedicated, professional, and experienced Registered Nurse (Psychiatric Trained) to join our multidisciplinary team.

Minimum Requirements:

Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse
Additional qualification or training in Psychiatric Nursing Science
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a psychiatric or mental health facility (preferred)
Sound knowledge of psychiatric nursing practices and patient care standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to work well under pressure in a mental healthcare environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide holistic nursing care to psychiatric patients
Administer medication in accordance with prescriptions and protocols
Monitor patient behaviour and mental status
Implement treatment plans as part of the multidisciplinary team
