I am often asked : "Why Lady Gratitude, Why Wellness - This is a HUGE transition..... Why?"
Let's be realistic - it makes no sense to anyone to leave at the peak of a career!
I did.
Why? Because none of it was being true to myself - to my true purpose on this earth. To help, guide and mentor others.
Sure.. I did that with my many Teams I Mentored... BUT there was more. I had a deep need to truly BE present, not only for my own family but for many other women in exactly the same self sacrificing positions.
I no longer wanted to set them targets to achieve goals for their Companies, I wanted to inspire them to truly be intentional about what really mattered... Their families and themselves and guess what?? They naturally achieved at work because they feel more balanced and more intentional in their own lives...
SO here is my Why :-
I am Traci, the owner and founder of Lady Gratitude.
For 38 years, I lived in the high-stakes, target-driven world of corporate leadership.
​For two decades of that , I was often the only woman in the board room, fighting for my seat at the table.
To survive that pressure, I had to make self care intentional to cope.... but I was constantly disappointed.
I was tired of 'transactional' massages in noisy shopping centers where I was just a number on a schedule. Never knowing who my therapist would be that day.
I craved a sanctuary—a place where my injuries were known, my stress was understood, and I could simply breathe before stepping back into my roles as a leader, a wife, and a mother.
​A year ago, I walked away from the boardroom to build exactly what I had been searching for - and I Know many like me still are.
​I founded Lady Gratitude because I understand the weight of the sacrifices we make for our careers and our families.
I’ve lived through the anxiety, the burnout, and the need for reinvention.
Today, my team and I don't just provide treatments; we deliver an exceptional, deeply personal experience designed for the woman who gives everything to everyone else.
At Lady Gratitude, we don't just see a client—we see you.
I once worked for an incredible mentor, leader and business owner... a legend in his own right and he said to me "Just do it!".
I am now "Just doing it!" ♥️
