Vision
As PLT (PTY) primary focus is implementing the program Education Adventure [Team Building] through our Social Psychological Skills & Social Leadership Skills to help Families, Companies, Schools & Churches on daily issues of (Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Listening Skills & Positive/Negative Characteristics)
Aim
Social Psychological Skills (S.P.S) & Social Leadership Skills (S.L.S) Program Purpose
Phase 1:
We come in premises of client’s choice of venues or at the premises to conduct assessment tasks of group dynamics, where we give problem solving fun activities and identify those who struggle with SP & SL Skills. Phase 2:
We then take those chosen clients who struggle with SP & SL Skills to our psychologist team for therapy analyses. A 2night camp is conducted for these clients to be further helped with their obstacles of day to day issues and given self help study books
Phase 3:
We then refer them to the nearest & affordable therapists/social workers/psychologists of their choice where they will attend regularly to be helped with issues and as PLT we further run an every 3 months check up program on our clients.
