my father and I are trying our best to bring back the 70's woody look. we have devised a way to create the old school woody that any surfing enthusiast needs in his quiver of boards. you get to choose your shape, your specific shaper eg: hugh thompson (natural curve), clayton, mike lamont, colby, 42 surf..... etc and we will then pick up your shaped board and work our magic.

Our Story

Having worked with veneers and natural woodgrains for years, and being avid surf enthusiasts, my father and I decided to collaborate our experience and passion for surf, with our very own handcrafted wooden finish surfboard.

We are trying our best to bring back that “70's woody look” and old-school charm, with our surfboards. We have devised a way to create the old school woody, that any surfing enthusiast needs in his quiver of boards.

Have your board shaped by your prefered, or specific shaper eg: Spider Murphy ( Safari), Hugh Thompson(natural curve), Clayton, Mike Lamont, Colby, 42 surf..... etc

We will collect your board for you, and then “Afristyle” it for you, working our magic and creativity into your board.
