DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take one capsule as early as possible with breakfast (prior to 8am and no later than 10am). A minimum of 3 liters of water must be taken per day. Try avoid any caffeine or energy drinks. SIDE EFFECTS
