I’m Princess Marais, proud owner of The Firm Bluff for 19 years. For me, this has always been more than a business. It’s been my lifeline, my passion, and my safe place.
When my triplets were just one year old, I lost my husband tragically to hijacking. That heartbreak put me in survival mode. I picked up 60 kilos, reaching my heaviest at 135kg. Not exactly what you’d expect from the owner of a slimming clinic. The stares, the whispers, the embarrassment... I’ve lived it 💔
But I kept showing up. For my clients. For my clinic. For myself. And with God’s grace, I’ve helped men, women, and children transform their health through The Firm’s 30-year legacy as a franchise.

My lowest weight in 16 years... 88.9kg
A total loss of 46.1kg
