Kearsney race was a challenge yesterday, but we finished. Those Hills ... Congratulations to everyone who entered and finished.

How do we recover and treat our bodies after a race? This is what I did:

1. Stretch and massage before the race to warm up and losen muscles to prevent injury and for peak performance
2. Stretch after the race and massage to relax muscles and recover.
3. Sauna and swim to losen muscles
4. Rest day after the race and do more stretching.
