Looking for the ultimate after dinner ‘treat’ that won’t ruin your progress? Give Lil’s favourite hot chocolate a try 🍫

Ingredients:
1. One heaped scoop of Hamilton’s chocolate whey protein
2. Boiling water
3. 50ml cold water

Method:
1. Place the chocolate whey protein into a mug and mix with cold water until smooth
2. Add boiled kettle water
3. Enjoy

Training dates are 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd November 2025 and the times are 6am, 7.15am or 8.30am.
