I would like to salute every one of us, each one unique, doing our best, courageous, navigating sisterhood, motherhood, daughter hood, each one of us valuable, irreplaceable and powerful.

I salute every woman who cannot celebrate her worth today as she attempts to survive a war, defending her family, animals, country. It is extraordinarily heart breaking💔 Deep sorrow, prayers and empathy to all🙏

We are able to hold all emotions with compassion. It’s what makes us complex and fierce! I salute you all in whatever place you find yourself at this time💛🌻💛

As far as I can remember, I have been fascinated and in awe of the human body🤩

The workings and intricacies are far beyond any human comprehension. 🧠

It works tirelessly “ for us” constantly trying to adapt to external and internal onslaughts 😳

The smallest changes towards health done consistently make a huge difference and the body responds immediately. 💓

I am incredulous as to how many people enter my practice having a complete disconnect from this incredible gift called the body. It is viewed as a machine that must just work… until it doesn’t 🫣

I will continue to be in awe of this gift and I will continue to support people in their attempts at health, without often knowing the workings of the miracles that reside within each one of us🙏
