Since moving to the UK in 2021 I have taken a career break, worked in a wellness centre, and than took another break.

Self massage vs professional treatment.
Self massage is an amazing self-help treatment, to releive muscles ache, sort out a certain issues, without going anywhere and spending any money. 🥑🥜🥕Change to veg diet slowly, gradually, rather than overnight. Your taste receptors and gut flora need some time to be reprogrammed.

📚🥕🥕Do your research! (Preferably more than just one Netflix movie)
Get good supplements (NB! B12 and Iron).
Learn a basics of nutrition such as : and so on and or visit a Qualified Dietitian. By the way Michhelle Tolmay and Richelle Cavanagh are our dietitian.
