✨️Loss of Libido
Many women experience a dip in sexual desire at some point in their lives — and that’s okay. You are not alone and it does not mean something is “wrong” with you. Our bodies and hormones move through many seasons, and intimacy can be deeply affected by those changes.

✨ A few common reasons why libido can drop:

Hormonal changes – Fluctuations during perimenopause, menopause, postpartum, or after certain medications (like antidepressants or hormone blockers) can lower desire.

Stress & fatigue – When your body and mind are constantly on alert, there’s little energy left for pleasure or connection.

Emotional disconnect – Feeling unheard, unseen, or unappreciated can affect how safe and open you feel with your partner.

Vaginal dryness or discomfort – Physical pain or irritation can naturally reduce desire, but these issues are treatable and manageable.
