Werkgewers met tien werknemers of minder moet die volgende maatreëls tref:
46.1 indien die werkgewer toegelaat word om weer onder die
Regulasies, dit moet 'n basiese plan ontwikkel vir die infasering van die terugkeer van sy werknemers oorweeg dit wat op afstand kan werk en diegene ouer as 60 jaar of wat ander mediale toestande het

46.2 die werkplek te reël om te verseker dat werknemers minstens een en 'n halwe meter van mekaar geleë is, of, indien dit nie uitvoerbaar is nie, fisiese hindernisse tussen hulle plaas om die verspreiding van die virus moontlik te voorkom;
46.3 te verseker dat werknemers wat die simptome in klousule 25.1 uiteensit, nie mag werk nie;

46.4 kontak die COVID-19-blitslyn: 0800 02 9999 onmiddellik vir instruksies en vra die werknemer om op te tree volgens die voorskrifte;

46.5 lapmaskers voorsien of van 'n werknemer vereis om 'n vorm van lapbedekking oor hul mond en neus te dra terwyl hy by die werk is;

46.6 aan elke werknemer handspuitmiddels, seep en skoon water voorsien
was hulle hande en ontsmetmiddels om hul werkstasies te ontsmet;

46.7 verseker dat elke werknemer met die seep met seep was en hul hande ontsmet; en

46.8 verseker dat hul werkstasies gereeld ontsmet word; en

46.9 enige ander maatreëls tref wat aangedui word deur 'n risikobepaling van die werkplek, insluitend die maatreëls wat toepaslik is in klousule 43 indien die publiek toegang tot die werkplek het.

Employers with Less than 10 employees- The following Regulations from as 4 June 2020
Section 46.
Employers with 10 employees or less must take the following measures:
46.1 if the employer is permitted to recommence operations under the
Regulations, it must develop a basic plan for the phasing in the return of
its employees considering those that can work remotely
and those over the age of 60 years or who have other medial conditions

46.2 arrange the workplace to ensure that employees are at least one and half metres apart or, if not practicable, place physical barriers between them to prevent the possible transmission of the virus;
46.3 ensure that employees that present with the symptoms set out in clause 25.1 are not permitted to work;
46.4 immediately contact the COVID-19 hotline: 0800 02 9999 for instruction and direct the employee to act in accordance with those instructions;
46.5 provide cloth masks or require an employee to wear some form of cloth covering over their mouth and nose while at work;
46.6 provide each employee with hand sanitizers, soap, and clean water to
wash their hands and disinfectants to sanitize their workstations;

46.7 ensure that each employee while at work washes with soap and sanitizes their hands; and
46.8 ensure that their workstations are disinfected regularly; and
46.9 take any other measures indicated by a risk assessment of the workplace including such measures as are appropriate in clause 43 if the public have access to the workplace.
