Gut Health. From conception to a child’s 2nd birthday, the gut microbiome is being built, and it’s more than digestion! This tiny ecosystem shapes immunity, metabolism, and even brain development. Mom’s gut health during pregnancy and postpartum influences baby’s immune system and early resilience, while breastfeeding helps seed a “baby-type” microbiome through special nutrients called HMOs.
As solids begin, variety is key: 20–30 different plants a week helps build a strong, adult-like gut by toddlerhood. And yes, gut health even talks to the brain! Microbial signals affect mood, cognition, and behaviour. While it’s not a replacement for therapy or medical care, nurturing the gut can be a powerful pillar of support for both moms and little ones.
Mama to both.
Some days it feels like I’m being pulled in two directions at once.
Some days I wonder if I’m enough for them.
But then I look at their faces and I know this is exactly where I’m meant to be.
I was made to be their mom.
It’s draining, it’s overwhelming, and it breaks me down more than I thought it would.
But it also heals me in ways I never imagined.
They are my greatest challenge, and my greatest gift.

It starts with a moment… You’re holding your little one, watching them discover the world, a giggle, a wobble, a wide-eyed stare. You wonder how to nurture this bond, how to meet other moms who get it, the joy, the exhaustion, the magic of motherhood.
That’s where Moms & Babes and Moms & Tots come in. These are more than just classes, they’re communities. Designed for moms who want to connect deeply with their children and with each other, these sessions offer playful learning, movement, and shared milestones. You’ll find sensory play that sparks curiosity, songs that soothe and delight, and friendships that grow alongside your little ones.
You’ll laugh. You might cry. You’ll definitely feel seen. Whether you’re a first-time mom or adding another chapter to your motherhood journey, there’s a space for you here, filled with warmth, wisdom, and wonder.
