NPCP Certified at last!!!!!😍🥳

What does this mean?
The NPCP exam is the National Pilates Certification Program exam, which tests a Pilates instructor's competency against industry standards. It is the only nationally accredited Pilates certification in the US and is also internationally recognized.

A Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) can create and implement safe and effective individualised programs for apparently healthy clients to improve health and fitness through exercise and physical activity.

*The goal of an NCPT is to impart knowledge, skill, and confidence for clients to exercise for a lifetime*
