How do you start your Saturday morning of perfectly🤔?

For us, it's yoga with a story, yoga inspired games and activities, zen time, fun in the sun and the best cup of tea made by a tiny Queen🌺

These kids classes take place every second Saturday. Children will gain all the benefits of a yoga and mindfulness practise while still having fun and learning new things🌿

The sequence for this class is suitable for children up to the age of 8. Older children are still welcome to join🌺

Our Kids Yoga Teacher and Kids Workshop Facilitator.

Ola🌈 I am Dani, mama of 3, Colour Therapist and Kids Yoga instructor.

I am passionate about teaching children how to connect with themselves through movement, breathwork and meditation, all whilst having fun!

I do mindfulness meditations and teach children about their chakra systems and how to activate and balance them in a way that they're able to understand🌈
