Pregnancy Awareness Week‼️
Pregnancy Awareness Week ran from the 3rd - 7th of February this year, with the intention of strengthening pregnancy education and stress important issues that promote healthy pregnancy and safe motherhood.
Biokinetics during pregnancy focuses on:

🦴Managing back, pelvic & joint pain
💪Maintaining strength, posture & mobility
🚼Preparing the body for labour and recovery
😎Supporting confidence in a changing body
Every pregnancy is different. That’s why exercise during this time should be individualised, supervised, and purposeful and not a one-size-fits-all approach.
This past Pregnancy Awareness Week, we celebrated informed moms, supported movement, and healthy foundations for both mom and baby.
