We have partnered with a fitness instructor in the Eerste River community. He is passionate about getting the community fit and I am passionate about keeping our patients healthy. Please join us for our fitness sessions running on Saturdays. All fitness levels welcomed ,even if you have to do it in a chair we will make it happen. Booking is essential.

We are into patients taking charge of their health. Not waiting for the health event to happen to them but rather being proactive and trying to prevent incidents later on in life . My goal is to lead by example ,so I have to practise what I preach. It’s not easy and comes with alot of sacrifices , pain ,sweat and sometimes tears. My second cycle tour 109km. I am hoping my older self will thank me for keeping this body moving and I hope my patients will thank me too. You never to old to start
