Care Career Connection NPC
-endeavours to bring about positive change within the communities in its service areas, with strategic growth into more communities being planned.
- specialises in unique, individualised, one-on-one career orientated training (i.e. jobs of their own choice) and job placement with long-term support of young adults with intellectual challenges.

-ACRE (USA) certified Employment Specialists facilitate:
Skills Development training (SD) in professional skills and appropriate workplace skills while dreams, strengths and abilities of our beneficiaries are identified.

-Progress to Transition to work (TTW) doing on-site job training using community professionals, in as close to their chosen career as possible.

-Thereafter Employment placement is sought and negotiated, (including reasonable accommodations) and long-term (actually life-long) support is offered.
-Entrepreneur Skills- developing crafts suited to their likes an abilities to produce income generating hand crafts from home. All of the above in, or as close to, their own communities as possible.


-Academic upskilling. Using an accredited home-schooling based program

-Training Employment Specialists (Job Coaches) is paramount to the expansion of CCC. Employment Specialists are trained out of their own communities and sent them back to do training and offer CCC services right there, in their communities.

-Awareness is of the essence for us as there are potential beneficiaries of our services everywhere, in all communities and in all walks of life. CCC is in business of giving HOPE

With 15 Teams from all over the greater Cape Town competing and the incredible Vicky Sampson doing her what she does best !

Had lots of interest in CCC and what we do as well as good sales of our beneficiaries products !!👌👌👌👌👌

Tomorrow is World Down syndrome day
In the light of this - lets stand together a help a bright star!⭐️⭐️

Marven – Care Career Connection’s Rising Star⭐️
Is a 24 year old young man with Down syndrome, from Paarl East.
He has navigated extreme life challenges supported by a wonderful single mother!
The first para-athlete to receive gold in the mainstream Commonwealth Karate Championships held in Durban in 30th November 2024.
The Judges honoured him for his perfect Kata.

Marven has been selected as part of the team that will participate in the KSA League 1 Tournament in Bloemfontein 10-11 April 2025.

For this he is in dire need of R4,000, which is the cost person in order to participate.
PLEASE support him, SA needs feel good news like this!

We believe that just about anyone can be gainfully employed the mainstream Society. This has been achieved globally for nearly 40 years but is a relatively new concept in South Africa.
