On 22 November, we had the privilege of being part of the Geringer Market Day, surrounded by warm faces, local runners, and a community we truly care about. 💙

To celebrate a belated World Diabetes Day, our team from The Diabetes Centre offered free health screenings — blood glucose, blood pressure, waist circumference, and hand-grip strength. It was incredibly meaningful to connect with people, answer questions, and help identify those who may be at risk of type 2 diabetes or cardiovascular disease. This is exactly why we do what we do.

A heartfelt thank-you to our amazing team: Esmé Harmse & Magda Tonkin, Lee-Ann Nieuwoudt Biokineticist, Nutrimed Dietitians, and Maryna Grobler from Delmed Pharmacy. Your passion and willingness to show up for our community never go unnoticed.

And a very special thank-you to each business that generously contributed prizes for our pop-the-balloon game — your support added so much fun and excitement, and we truly appreciate you. 🎈

We’re truly grateful for everyone who stopped by — and we can’t wait to be part of more events like this. ⭐️
