○ Melanoma is the most dangerous skin cancer—and men over 50, especially outdoor lovers like golfers, are at higher risk.

○ What to look out for?
🔘 New or changing moles

🔘 Asymmetrical shapes

🔘 Uneven colouring

🔘 Moles larger than 6mm

🔘 Spots that itch, bleed, or don’t heal

○What to do?
🕶 Wear sunscreen, a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses

📆 Get annual skin checks

🩺 See a doctor immediately if something looks suspicious
