• A white or yellow glow in the pupil (often seen in photos with flash)
• A new or growing dark spot on the eye
• Eyes that don’t look in the same direction (new squint/turn)
• Blurry or poor vision that doesn’t improve
• Redness or swelling that doesn’t go away
• Eye pain or frequent headaches
• In young children, one important condition is retinoblastoma, which often shows as a white pupil in photos.
