Be careful when applying sunscreen near your child’s eyes. The skin around the eyes is delicate and more prone to irritation. Opt for a kid-safe, mineral-based sunscreen made with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide — these ingredients sit on top of the skin rather than being absorbed, helping to protect without causing stinging or discomfort.
