You’re individual wellness…

There are so many aspects of your individual wellness. Getting sick is generally a whole lot of different things that eventually happen to get us in a diseased state.

We think it’s simply a bug in the air that gets us horizontal in bed feeling horrible for a period of time, but in actually fact it’s a string of events over a time frame that eventually manifests itself as dis-ease.

A holistic approach means to provide support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental health needs. The support should also consider their physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.

Why is holistic support important?

A holistic approach to health is essential to address the leading cause of the problem rather than just the symptoms. It takes everything into account and encourages people to take charge of their health and well-being. It is also essential to prevent illnesses and find long term solutions for existing illnesses.

One of the many reasons I love Scio and Lifewave.
Scio is a biofeedback device and I have loved using it for my clients for over 17 years. It’s an incredible way to tap into the persons energetic system anywhere in the world, tap into the persons subconscious to pin point the emotional issues that are blocking their
