Last Saturday we had such fun at Linkwood Hospital. We love being a part of the support system for parents sharing about our OT services and about our awesome classes

It was awesome to share the day with fellow team members.

“Look at the differences between a typical preschool child’s hand (left) and a typical 7 year old hand (right). Want to know why a preschool aged child isn’t able to write yet? This is why! Their hands are still developing and are not fully formed. So what should they be doing to support this? PLAY!! Play dough, coloring, cutting, gluing, playing outside, digging in dirt, sensory play, dress up play, science experiments, beading, puzzles, throwing balls, etc.
All of these things help their hands develop. When they are physically ready to write, they will! No need to rush them, they will show you when they are ready.” ❤️

Is my baby rolling yet? Should they be? Am I supposed to be doing something to help?

💜 If you’ve ever asked yourself these questions, you’re not alone. Rolling is one of the first big milestones—and it can leave moms feeling unsure.

That’s why I created a free guide: “How to Help My Baby Roll.” Inside, you’ll find:
✨ When and why babies start rolling
✨ Simple, safe ways to support this milestone
✨ Play-based exercises and games to make practice fun
✨ Red flags and when to get help

As an Occupational Therapist (and mom of 3), I want you to feel confident—not anxious—about your baby’s progress.

💌 Download your free guide today and enjoy these special first flips with peace of mind. https://greatmom.coach/rolling
