At ATA, our accredited medical, rescue and training does more than build competence:

- It Boosts employee loyalty: When staff feel supported and upskilled, they’re more likely to stay long-term.

- Creates confident, capable teams: Training empowers people to perform at a higher standard, especially in demanding environments.

- Builds a culture of safety & trust: Continuous development shows your commitment to their wellbeing - not just the job.

- Future-proofs your workforce: With skills that evolve alongside industry risks and regulations, your team stays ready for what’s next.

- Reduces turnover costs: Replacing and retraining new staff is expensive. Investing in current employees strengthens stability and efficiency.

Professional development isn’t an expense - it’s a retention strategy. Start the new year by investing in your team. 💪🏼

What a year it has been for ATA International.

From strengthening on-site medical support across remote operations to training thousands of learners through our accredited courses, 2025 has been a year defined by growth, commitment, and meaningful impact. Our teams travelled across industries, supported clients during critical moments, deployed to challenging environments, and delivered world-class medical, rescue, and training solutions wherever they were needed.

We expanded our capabilities, welcomed new partnerships, and continued to raise standards in workplace health, safety, and emergency readiness. Most importantly, we worked alongside clients and students who share our drive to make every site safer, stronger, and more prepared.

As 2025 comes to a close, ATA will be closed from 15 December 2025 and will re-open on 5 January 2026. During this time, our team will be on standby for any emergency support, ensuring critical operations continue without interruption.

We’ll officially resume full operations on 5 January, and our training programmes kick off from 15 January. Start the new year by booking your spot in our accredited courses and prepare your team for a safer, more confident 2026.

Thank you for trusting ATA throughout the year. We look forward to supporting you, training you, and standing by you in 2026 - with even more innovation, impact, and life-saving expertise.

Wishing you a safe and joyful festive season! 💙💛

How Medical & Rescue Expertise Strengthen Emergency Evacuations.

When an emergency strikes on remote or high-risk sites, every second counts. That’s why ATA combines expert medical care with professional rescue capability - ensuring faster, safer evacuations.

🔹 Skilled Medical Teams: Trained doctors, nurses and paramedics stabilise, triage and make critical decisions on-site. They’re equipped with advanced medical tools to support patients before, during and after evacuation.

🔹 Specialist Rescue Capability: In challenging environments such as mountainous regions, mines, and forests - ATA provides training to professionals who can access and extract patients safely using specialised gear and techniques.

🔹 Seamless Coordination: Medical and rescue teams work together with clear emergency-response plans, evacuation routes and real-time topside medical support for immediate decision-making.

🔹 Aeromedical Evacuations: Air ambulances with full life-support systems ensure patients are transported quickly to higher levels of care, with medical teams caring for them throughout the flight.

🔹 Long-Term Value for Clients: Integrated medical + rescue solutions, reduce risk, enhance duty of care and ensure operations remain safe and compliant across 36 African countries.

Step Inside ATA’s ACLS Course.

Our Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course trains healthcare professionals to recognise and manage cardiac emergencies, stroke, and other critical situations with confidence and precision. Through realistic, hands-on simulations, participants practice high-quality CPR, advanced airway management, ECG interpretation, and team-based resuscitation, all while honing leadership and communication skills that matter most during a crisis.

Certified by the American Heart Association (AHA), this training equips responders with globally recognised skills that can truly save lives. Watch the reel to see ACLS in action and witness the difference training can make.

At ATA International, our accredited medical, rescue training isn’t just about skills - it’s about real ROI for businesses.

Here’s how:

- Our training reduces workplace injuries and illness by boosting competence and readiness.
- Fewer incidents mean less downtime, lower compensation claims, and reduced absenteeism.
- Well-trained teams are more productive - improving business continuity and efficiency.
- Training keeps your business compliant with global healthcare and safety standards.
- With certified courses in life support (ACLS, BLS), trauma (ITLS), rescue (confined space, structural collapse), and more, your staff are ready for anything.
- Stronger capacity on-site reduces the need (and cost) for expensive external medical responses or evacuations.

We’re gearing up for Mining Indaba 2026, and we’re excited for another year of meaningful conversations around safety, resilience and healthcare innovation in the mining sector.

Our focus is clear:
- Strengthening on-site medical support for remote and high-risk mining environments

The remains one of the most influential platforms for shaping the future of mining in Africa - and ATA is proud to be part of that journey once again.

See you in there!. Let’s make mining safer, stronger and future-ready.

Our Story

ATA International Holdings is entering a new era as we expand our solutions as well as our footprint throughout Africa and beyond. ATA International Training first started trading in 2008, supplying broad-based training solutions to the mining, construction, oil and gas companies in Africa and the Middle East.

We believe in exemplary service and dedication to the highest training standards and that attention to detail is instrumental in providing training solutions to the industry, whether it is at the client’s premises or hosting delegates in South Africa providing full logistical support for the duration of their stay allowing delegates to focus entirely on their academic commitments.

How are we expanding? Despite the need to diversify to meet the growing needs of our clients, for us it’s a natural progression from training, which is an integral aspect of the Total Healthcare and Emergency Management Solution. We understand the critical “golden hour” and the need for qualified personnel in key positions with the right systems and equipment in place to save lives. ATA International offers international certified services & training to companies, individuals and professionals. We are in the business of saving lives.
