I fried the mushrooms and baby marrows in spray and cook with salt and pepper, once cooked to my liking I removed it from the pan, then I sprayed the pan again and fried the eggs with salt and pepper. The strawberries were for something sweet afterwards... I always seem to want something sweet after a meal. This helps a lot.

You can add any seasoning, I like mine quite plain.

Sprinkle with cinnamon

Tunacakes with cucumber, tomato and lettuce. The sauce is fat free cottage cheese, quater of an Avo and green onion seasoning. So delicious, and satisfying.
