Pure Rejuvenation started around 20 years ago, in Dec 2001, as a way to bring holistic healing to clients through massage, reflexology, nutritional and supplement suggestion, as well as beauty therapies. I received my first qualification in 1992, bright eyed and taking on the world at 18years old. It is an honour and privilage to be asked to work with someone on their healing journey. In order to assist with massage and reflexology I first have to pass through your energy field. This is the same energy field that you protect by only allowing certain people to hug you, and choosing those who may not. I love working with bodies, feeling the energy that lies there beneath the surface. Your body has certain 'clues' and indications' that it leaves for me to carefully decifer. I will attempt to put into words what messages your body is sending. Watching the colour you choose to wear, in what hue, how you make eye contact, your bitten nails hidden behind tips and gel polish, your frown lines. Your body shape may frustrate you, it excites me because of the message. Reflexology is a perfect partner to massage, another favourite of mine. If you are shy about massage this is the perfect choice. Reflex is a perfect stress reliever, indeed it can help with all manner of physical and emotional issues - both acute and chronic. Like feet that burn, cramp, have pain or lack mobility all benefit. And by doing reflexology regulary you will acheive your health and wellness goal. Also on offer are body and skincare treatments, like waxing, tinting, facials and pedicures - all to complement your inner beauty. Let's restore your health holistically together.

We will be moving premises. Pure Rejuvenation will continue to operate at the current location, 37 Edmonds Place, Glenwood, for a while longer. I will keep everyone posted as soon as we are clear, where in Glenwood and when the move will happen.

What can you do for swollen legs, AND what are you doing?
Two important questions!
What you can do is
: lymphatic drainage massage weekly with a therapist trained in this type of massage
: dry brushing daily before your shower. It really doesn't matter if am or pm as long as its done.
Let me tell you why-because the intention is to get your body fluid flowing.
:wear pants/skirts that are non restrictive around your top thighs and tummy areas
:drink water
:move. That's right move throughout your day, rock your ankles back and forth, walk around multiple times a day, walk up those stairs, do small little squats while waiting for another task to complete. Weird in an open office-invite your colleagues to join in.
:lastly breathe. Breath and movement are the bodies natural fluid returning motivators.
:apply an aromatherapy oil blended to assist oedema.

Lymphatic Drainage is an advanced technique, done as a post graduate diploma when consulting a massage therapist make sure to check.

The time has come again to do a small bump up on the pricing. Of course the increase will be small, as per usual the increase will only be between 5% and 10%
Our last price increase was in August 2023, and some of you are starting to notice. I thank you for noticing.
