Requirements:
✔ ESP knowledge
✔ Microsoft Office
✔ 2–3 years spa experience
✔ Must be able to work weekends & public holidays

What you’ll do:
🌿 Welcome guests & assist with bookings
🌿 Inform clients about treatments, packages & promotions
🌿 Assist via phone, email, WhatsApp & social media
🌿 Promote retail & treatment sales
🌿 Handle guest requests & complaints professionally
🌿 Maintain a neat front desk & retail area
🌿 Help with stock takes, admin & client records
🌿 Uphold hygiene, health & safety standards
