Hello fellow diabetics :) Welcome to Sweet Enough! My name is Claire and I have created this page so that you know that You are not alone in your "condition". The posts that I create will be about my own personal journey of "living with diabetes" and hopefully you will learn something from what I have to say. You may also ask questions but please bear in mind that I am not a doctor and i do not know everything so please always seek medical help/advice when in doubt. I have been a diabetic for 8 years (2003) and over those 8 years I have had many ups and downs. I have asked many whys and why nots -some still go unanswered but I am here and I am doing this page to remind you that EVERYONE has ups and down; maybe not with their glucose levels but with life itself - just like you and me.

Eggs push my sugar level up! True story - Went from 4.9 at 9:20 to 12.5 at 11:50.
