MOVE

Run by two Biokineticists, Werner Meyer and Braam Snyman, MOVE incorporates therapy that focusses on a variety of components that include, but are not limited to, injury prevention, orthopaedic rehabilitation, correcting muscular imbalances and improving performance. MOVE uses a variety of test/assessment to evaluate an individuals’ physical abilities and limitation. The components that contribute to the limitations are then addressed by compiling a periodized program to correct movement deficits, with the end goal being to achieve physical autonomy in a given set of movements.

When training at MOVE, you will get an individualized program tailored specifically according to your needs, whether this is to improve performance in sports, or decrease pain experienced when performing everyday activities.
