Too all the lovely people that frequent our place of healing. We are closing all community classes till the schools open or when we feel it is safe for our community. All the teachers at the Wellness center are in agreement that this is the responsible thing to do. We will keep you posted and please be a support to your teachers in this tricky time. Excellent stain remover..great for collars and , removes make up off white linen and towels.
Can be used a spot treatment for upholstery by adding a small amount to an empty container and shaking it up till it foams. Use this foam on car seat mess etc..

I will be hosting a yoga beginners course this winter at the Kommetjie Wellness Center. We will be working with posture, breathing, strengthening and stretching. The course will be run twice a week for three weeks starting Tuesday 5 July. Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 9am till 10 am.
