In those small, silly moments, the belly laughs, the goofy faces, the tickle fights, you’re doing more than just playing.

You’re telling their nervous system,
“You’re safe here.”
You’re building trust, resilience, and emotional memory that says, “Love feels like this.”

Clapping hands and blow kisses given in abundance
Park dates on the grass staring at the sky and eating tasty grass are the best.

Swimming with my buddies I love and especially diving under water.

Outings to the aquarium are the best and I love all the little fishies 🐠 and the penguins 🐧
