I, Nicholas William Flanegan of No. 3 Sicily Street
Hatton Garden in the parish of Saint Andrews –
Holborn, London in the county of Middlesex, taylor [sic] being
in health of body and of sound mind, memory and
understanding praised be God for the same, do make this
my last will and testament in manner and form as
following: I give, devise and bequeath unto my dearly
beloved wife Hannah Nobet Flanegan all that my
leasehold dwelling house, messuage or tenement,
situate and being in Sicily Street, Hatton Garden now in
the tenure or occupation of myself and also all my
money, securities for money, either in bonds, notes,
bills of exchange, book debts or any security
whatsoever and also all my household goods,
household furniture together with all my pictures, plate,
linen and China which shall be in my dwelling house
at the time of my death or elsewhere all the rest
residue and remainder of my money, goods and chattels
estate and effects of what nature or kind soever not havin’
before given or disposed or after paying all my just debts,
funeral expences and the expences of proving this my
last will I give and bequeath unto my said dearly
beloved wife Hannah Nobet Flanegan and I so
make, nominate, institute and appoint my said wife
sole executrix of this my last will and testament
hereby revoking and making void all and every other
will or wills at any time heretofore by me made and do
declare this to be my last will and testament
in witness tohereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this the first day of January in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
five, this will was interlinked between the second
and third line with this words Saint Andrews –
Holborn before the signing and sealing of the said

presence of us who at his request and in his
presence have subscribed our names as witnesses

This Will was proved at London on the
twenty ninth day of January in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven before
the Worshipful George Ogilvie, Doctor of Laws [and] Surrogate
of the Right Honorable Sir William Wynne
Doctor of Laws, Master Keeper or Commissary of the
Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by
the oath of Hannah Nobet Flanegan widow the
relict of the deceased and sole executrix named in the
said will to whom admon was granted of all and
singular the goods chattels and credits of the said
deceased she having been first sworn duly to administer.
