HappyToes Permaculture Project Happy Toes is a small permaculture farm and sustainable lifestyle project situated in the North West This 2ha permaculture project is currently for sale.

We are proud to work with nature promoting a low carbon footprint and recycling of sustainable natural resources. We promote a simple, natural, "off grid" lifestyle. In working with nature, we rebuild fertility in the land, making our soil richer, healthier and providing our plants with the stability they need. This also leads to a rich diversity in our environment. This diversity produces delicious, nutritious food packed full of all the nutrients we need and makes us both healthy and happy! A lifestyle that cares for the earth. A lifestyle that cares for the people on this earth. Through sharing our passion and knowledge we aim to build community interactions and encourage others to look at sustainable living options.

Small Holding For Sale - R300 000

Own a 2ha share of a 4ha farm. Small holding in Groot Marico, North West Province, South Africa in the buffer zone of the Marico Biosphere Reserve.

The 2-hectares of land for sale is part of a larger 4-hectare piece of land, governed by a group of 5 shareholders who share the same ethics surrounding permaculture. A constitution sets out the shareholders agreement, giving each shareholder autonomous ownership.

There are a few temporary structures on the small holding and over 500 fruit trees. The small holding has potential for food and plant production, tourism and education.
