Dear My Clients and Potential Customers

I thought it would only be fair enough to respond to the complainant through this platform because she chose to address her unreasonable and unfounded concerns on a social network. It is unfortunate that clients dont want to comply with what they have signed for yet they rush to the social network to tarnish the brand and the image of Mathonsi Funerals. As Mathonsi Funerals, we are known as the most trusted, reliable funeral parlour that delivers on its promises. For your own satisfaction, we are willing to give you contact number for testimonials.

The client in question submitted a claim to us without the required documents. We are still waiting for her to furnish us with all the outstanding documents so that we can honour the claim instead we see her telling a different story on Facebook. Our dearest client, as per your contract with us, kindly submit the following documents:

1. Death certificate
2. Certified Copy of your Identity Document
3. Certified Copy of the deceased Identity Document
4. BI-16
5. If death is due to an accident, a Police Report
6. Current bank statement or proof of banking for payment

The above-mentioned documents will release your payment.

I hope that this situation is a lesson to all of us because in many cases, we cover our relatives without their permission or knowledge and when death strikes, we cannot get those documents and always the Funeral Parlour carries the blame as it is the situation with our client.
