We use a longterm counselling/therapy approach, talking therapy, filial therapy, post trauma(SHIP® approach) & coping strategies Main focus is on individual therapy for adults using SHIP®.

3. Marriage/relationship counselling and therapy
4. Filial therapy
6. Academic counselling such as study methods, concentration, exam techniques, subject selection, etc.
7. Career counselling for students and adults
8. Career management and development with adults
9. Psychometric testing
10. Trauma debriefing, therapy
11. Life skills counselling
12. Life stressors counselling.
13. Group discussions/sessions on life and career skills at the workplace.
14. SKYPE, TEAMS or ZOOM is available for people that cannot attend in-person.
