So the wonderful yoga teacher and Ayurvedic massage therapist, Christine Doring, has been blessing us with fun yoga sessions every Thursday. Apart from the stretching and roaring (yes! African Lion style) the laughing alone has been hugely therapeutic. Thank you dear Christine! Photos kindly taken by another friend, Mandi Barnard.

Most people who regularly travel on the R43 have seen Gregory hiking in his wheelchair. He missions in different directions to collect bread tags and bottle tops for the Breadtags for Wheelchairs project. We have an opportunity to take a load to CT on Thursday but need a scale to weigh our load. Does anyone have a suitable scale we can borrow either tomorrow or Wed?
If you would like to help collect, drop off your cool drink plastic bottle caps and/or bread tags for wheelchairs at The Ability House in Hawston on Mon - Thursday 9 - 2 pm or any of the public libraries or the respective Municipal Area Managers’ offices: Fifth Avenue, Kleinmond (Marzanne Thoresen), Main Street, Gansbaai (Marzaan Middleton), Magnolia Street (Heidi Dignas) or Queen Victoria Street, Stanford (Nataley Cornelius).
