Here is what you should know about our Arc line:
The 6th body is the Arc Line, which is a halo that stretches around your forehead, earlobe to earlobe. Women have an extra arc line that runs from ni**le to ni**le and assists in bonding with an infant. If your aura is the vehicle of light in which you drive, the arc line is the steering wheel. It provides guidance to the aura (essentially communicating the “state of the union” of your body and mind). It also guides you by creating a field of protection that when rattled should (if you are clear and listening) alert you. As much as it gives internal guidance, it also projects external information. That is, if your thoughts and feelings create your reality by offering a vibration to the Universe, then your arc line is the transmitter that sends out the signal. How strong or weak your arc line is directly corresponds to the strength and integrity of the signal. Both intuitive information that you are receiving (protection) and the power of the information you are sending out (projection) are influenced by the arc line.
In “Waves of Healing,” Dr. Siri Atma S. Khalsa explains that it is possible to see the arc line by using certain Kundalini yoga meditations. (In fact, it is possible using other types of focus as well, as ancient mystics did to perceive a halo around saints and sages, which you see often depicted in western art.) The arc line may appear silver-white, bluish-white, white, gray, pink, or green. Dr. Khalsa goes on to call the arc line a “thermometer,” which takes a measurement of your total energy.

The strength of an arc line is affected by integrity. You have to keep your word and live up to the message you project to others. You can’t be all talk and have a strong arc line. Arc lines act as a mini-recorder, picking up vibrations and absorbing them. The additional arc line on a woman (the one from ni**le to ni**le) is extremely sensitive in particular. It is that arc line which many Kundalini yoginis protect by wearing a chuni draped over their shoulders.

People born in June or those born on the 6th, 15th, or 24th of the month should be especially mindful of their arc lines.

Ways to strengthen the Arc Line:
Meditations:
Specific meditations such as Kirtan Kriya and So Darshan Chakra Kriya help strengthen the Arc Line.
Mantra:
The mantras “Ang Sang Waheguru” and “Waheguru Wahejio” can help strengthen the 6th body. Each mantra helps our consciousness to unify with our higher selves. The 6th body is the point of unification between the higher and lower bodies, acting as a point of integration between the spiritual and the material. These mantras bring Divine consciousness into our present awareness, which strengthens the arc line. The mantra “Ardas Bhaee” is also said to strengthen the 6th body.

In the system of Kundalini yoga, the human being has 10 bodies, not just 1. Each body has its own attributes, and the 5th body relates to the physical body, the actual form we think of as our “body.”
The physical body is our playground in this lifetime. It can hear, see, touch, taste, and move. It wiggles and waggles, walks and run, jumps and reclines. It allows us to feel emotions and to interact with a physical experience.
When we don’t take care of our physical body or fifth body, everything suffers. If we eat too much of a food that isn’t good for us, we feel bad. This limits the ability of our other 9 bodies to function properly. If we eat too little, we don’t have enough gas to get us through the day. How we relate to our physical body is extremely important. We need to exercise to keep it strong (which, in turn, gets the prana flowing and helps balance the mind), we must give it adequate rest, and we need to honor its role in our lives. Try hating your body but having everything else go right for you….you can’t do it. A positive relationship with a strong physical body is a key to creating a whole and happy life.
A strong fifth body allows one to have a strong sense of balance and living for others. This might seem paradoxical, but a strong 5th center allows you to maintain and feel your true balance while giving yourself and your time. If someone needs your help and you think “I’m too tired!”, then you are out of balance in the 5th body. Taking the time to care for your physical body will allow you to give yourself to others when called upon without feeling drained.
The fifth body relates to the glandular system and the throat chakra. A strong fifth body allows you to speak your truth and regulate your hormones so that you feel steady and balanced. Thyroid and stuttering problems relate to the 5th body. Depression often results from a weak 5th body. A strong 5th body helps you to develop the capacity to sacrifice for the greater good.
People born in May or those born on the 5th, 14th, or 23rd of the month would do well to keep their physical bodies strong and healthy.
How to Strengthen the Physical Body (the Fifth Body):
Exercise
A minimum of 30 minutes a day 3 times a week, ideally an hour of exercise every day. This keeps the glandular system regulated and the energy flowing in the body. Dancing is a great form of exercise!
Yoga
A physical yoga practice that includes a lot of stretching and strengthening of the muscles builds the fifth body.
Mantra
“Ang Sang Waheguru” (God is in every cell of my body) reaffirms the presence of the Divine within you.

What is the Neutral Mind ?
4th kundalini body
Here is what you need to know about our neutral mind.

The neutral mind is like a scale. It balances and weighs the information being offered to it by the positive mind (what could go right?) and the negative mind (what could go wrong?). It rises above agenda and the details of the world to give a more neutral, yet compassionate determination of your best path. Strong neutral minds can evaluate and determine the best course within 9 seconds. A weak neutral mind means that you are at the mercy of the dueling positive and negative minds. You will be changeable, have trouble making up your mind, get involved in a mental war with yourself, and be at the mercy of a roller coaster of emotions. The neutral mind slows that process down and allows you to come from an objective, compassionate, and devotional place.
One of the biggest gifts of the neutral mind is that it allows you to see everything that has happened to you (good or bad) in terms of blessings and gifts. Obstacles become opportunities, and you can see the blessings in all. If you are stuck in a place of grief and sadness with a “why me?” mentality, you could benefit from strengthening the 4th body.
People born in April or those born on the 4th, 13th or 22nd of the month would do well to establish a practice of meditation and develop the 4th Body.

How to Strengthen the 4th Body:
Meditation
Establishing a regular practice of meditation is key. Meditation trains the mind not to react wildly to stimuli. This, in turn, allows you to approach things from a calmer perspective.
Any meditation will work for this, but So
Darshan Chakra Kriya is a wonderful tool to clear out subconscious litter and train the 4th Body.

Mantra
Any mantra that you repeat will stimulate the neutral mind, but if you are looking for one mantra in particular, try Guru Ram Das. The mantra “Guru Guru Wahe Guru Guru Ram Das Guru” builds the heart center and inspires a sense of peace, balance, and service.
One of the ways to translate this mantra is “Wisdom comes to the servant of the Infinite.”

Snatam Kaur’s 31 minute version of “Guru Ram Das” for meditation is great !

Cross Crawl
Brain balancing exercises are helpful for building the 4th body. Lie on your back and raise opposite hands and feet towards the ceiling. Raise your left leg at the same time as your right arm and vice versa.

Service

Volunteering and selflessly serving others boosts and strengthens the neutral mind. Find a way to give back in your community and watch peace return to your heart.
Open the Heart
Bowing the head to the heart also helps strengthen the mind’s neutrality and peace. Pet an animal, play in the grass, just do something to make yourself smile! Meditations and mantras to open the heart abound in my book Yoga and Mantras for a Whole Heart.

Mandalas

Contemplation on mandalas calms and soothes the mind. It builds the focus of the 4th body.

Connect with Guru Ram Das

Guru Ram Das was the fourth Guru of the Sikhs, and he corresponds to the 4th body. His life represents service and compassion. During the evenings, he would anonymously serve pilgrims who came to see the Guru by serving them meals, massaging their feet, and offering himself in other ways. Many pilgrims were very astonished in the morning when they came to the court of the Guru only to see it was the humble man who had served them the night before! His loving, compassionate, and sweet energy can restore and rejuvenate your heart center (4th chakra) which is connected to the 4th body (Neutral Mind).

Wellcome to our third body practice!
The positive mind(body).
The positive mind is one of three mental bodies, the others being the negative mind and the neutral mind. Its qualities are positivity, equality, and trust.
The positive mind sees the good in everything. Its job is to calculate what is going right. It keeps the light shining strong no matter how dark things get.
When your positive mind is strong, you have a good sense of humor and a strong sense of hope. You are full of bliss and joy, and you are ready to succeed and take on life. The positive mind corresponds to the navel center, to the seat of will, so a strong positive mind leads you to be action-oriented and organized. Your body is fit, and your mind is sharp. When your positive mind is sharpest, you can see that all good comes from the Creator and that all beings have access to this good, which makes everyone equal.
When the positive mind is weak, it finds data from the subconscious and magnifies it. It will find your hidden traumas, blow them out of proportion, and reinforce negativity. A weak 3rd body can lead to a blocked navel center, making you sluggish, overweight, depressed, and unorganized. In extreme cases, you can become paralyzed with negativity and feel like giving up entirely. A 3rd body that is too strong can lead people to become thin and dogmatic.
Physical symptoms of an unbalanced third body can be gallbladder and liver problems, foot and ankle issues, low back problems, weak eyes, headaches, and allergies.
Those born in March or December and on the 3rd, the 12th, and the 21st of the month would do well to balance the 3rd body.
Strengthen and balance the 3rd Body using Kundalini yoga!
Here are suggestions for balancing the Positive Mind:
Affirmations:
Using positive affirmations is a great way to strengthen the positive mind. Remember to phrase them by focusing on what you do want, rather than reinforcing what you don’t want. (“I am attracting success!” is much, much better than “I don’t want to be poor anymore!” or “I am not a failure!”).
