Your breath is always speaking.
Not in words—but in rhythm, pace, depth, and pause.
It reflects what is happening beneath thought.
Before language. Before story. Before interpretation.
In nervous system awareness, we don’t rush to change the breath.
We begin by noticing it.
Because in noticing, something softens.
In softening, something becomes available again.
There is no right way to breathe here.
Only awareness.
