Dewcare is looking for a highly organised, detail‑driven Office Administrator to join our team and help keep our operations running with excellence, consistency, and care.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys implementing systems, and takes pride in accuracy, follow‑through, and supporting a team that delivers essential home‑based care services.
✅ What We’re Looking For
1. Strong Administrative & Organisational Skills
You should be someone who is:
Meticulous and detail‑oriented
A natural organiser with strong follow‑through
Comfortable enforcing policies, procedures, and standards
A team player who communicates clearly and professionally
Energised by structure, systems, and operational consistency
2. Advanced Computer Skills
Expert-level Excel and Word (non‑negotiable)
Confident working with digital forms, templates, and reporting tools
Able to create, maintain, and improve administrative systems
3. Experience With Scheduling & Time-Keeping Software
Familiarity with rostering, shift scheduling, or workforce management tools
Ability to manage calendars, track hours, and coordinate staff schedules
4. Strong Business Acumen
Understands operational flow, priorities, and resource management
Able to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and support management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high accountability
🌟 Bonus Skills (Huge Advantage)
Candidates with any of the following will stand out immediately:
Advanced Connecteam skills (forms, workflows, scheduling, reporting)
Experience with home-based care reporting systems (e.g., Viva Viv)
Exposure to healthcare, caregiving, or service-based operations
Experience supporting a distributed or shift-based workforce

Managing daily office operations and administrative workflows
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
Supporting scheduling, timekeeping, and staff coordination
Assisting with onboarding, communication, and internal systems
Ensuring policies and procedures are followed consistently
Providing administrative support to management and team leaders
