Our Pop-in Service is all about offering a friendly check-in to make sure everything is well, while also spending some quality time together. Each visit can be tailored to suit individual needs and may include:

✔ Gentle walk in the neighbourhood

✔ Bringing in and sorting the post

✔ Preparing a snack or light meal
