Coconut Pineapple Yogurt Pops 🍍🥥🍦

Vacation on a stick! Creamy, fruity and sweet - the perfect summer treat! 🍍☀️🏝️

INGREDIENTS �- 1 cup canned coconut milk�- 1 ½ cups pineapple or vanilla yogurt�- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- ¾ teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze the popsicles overnight before eating. Enjoy! 😬

Chilli Pineapple Salad 🍍🥒🔥
A fresh, tangy, Woolworths‑inspired salad to brighten your weekend table!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 lime - zested & juiced
• 50 g sugar
• ¼ t Woolworths piri‑piri chilli seasoning
• ½ t smoked chilli flakes
• 400 g Woolworths queen pineapple, sliced
• 250 g Woolworths smooth cottage cheese
• 1 T honey (plus extra for serving)
• 1 t ground turmeric
• 150 g Mediterranean cucumber, thinly sliced

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
In a bowl, mix lime juice, zest, sugar, piri‑piri and chilli flakes. Toss the pineapple so it’s well coated.

Step 2
Lightly grill pineapple for 2–3 minutes per side until just charred.

Step 3
Whisk the cottage cheese with honey and turmeric until smooth and fluffy.

Step 4
Plate the grilled pineapple over the cheese mix, top with cucumber, a drizzle of honey and extra lime zest.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup ice
- ½ cup milk of choice we like oat milk
- ¼ cup yogurt of choice we like cashew yogurt.�- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

METHOD
Step 1

Refreshing Pineapple Cucumber Salad 🥒🍍

A light, sweet, and tangy salad that’s perfect for summer meals or your weekend braai!😉🍖.

INGREDIENTS
For the Salad:
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 large English cucumber, diced(or 2 Persian
cucumbers)
- ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced(optional, for
spice)
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional, for a
salty contrast)

For the Dressing:
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Step 1: Prep�Dice pineapple and cucumber. Thinly slice red onion and jalapeño (optional). Chop cilantro and crumble feta (optional).

Step 2: Dressing�Whisk lime juice, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Step 3: Assemble�Combine pineapple, cucumber, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño. Drizzle with dressing and toss. Top with feta if using.

Step 4: Serve�Serve immediately or chill 15–30 minutes. Garnish with extra cilantro or lime. Enjoy! 😋 🍍

Pineapples don’t get sweeter once they’re harvested! 🌱They’re actually at their peak sweetness right at harvest😲🍍. For the best flavour, enjoy them as soon as possible, whether they're yellow or still a bit green. 🍍
