No Bake Pineapple Coconut Balls🍍🥥

Bring a taste of the tropics to your kitchen with these easy Pineapple Coconut Balls🤤🍍

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 ½ cups sweetened shredded coconut (plus
extra for rolling)
-¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
-¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1
In a bowl, mix drained crushed pineapple, 1½ cups shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir until evenly combined - the mixture should be sticky but hold its shape.

Step 2
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

Step 3
Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small balls. If it’s too sticky, lightly grease your hands with coconut oil or butter.

Step 4: Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut for a tropical coating.

Step 5: Place them on a parchment-lined tray and chill again for 30 minutes until firm.
Soft, sweet, and full of tropical flavor — a no-bake treat everyone will love! 🌴🍍🥥

EASY 3 INGREDIENTS PINEAPPLE SORBET🍍🍨

Craving something cool and tropical? 🌴 Whip up this easy pineapple sorbet, no ice cream maker needed! 😋 🍍 🍨

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups (260 grams) frozen diced pineapple.
- ¼ cup water or unsweetened pineapple juice.
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (you can sub with sugar or honey).
- ½ lime or lemon juice.

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Add frozen pineapple chunks to a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.

Step 2
Add 1–2 Tbsp maple syrup (or honey/sugar) and a splash of water. If using canned pineapple, start with just 1 Tbsp sweetener.

Step 3
Blend until smooth but not watery. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed (fresh pineapple might need a little extra!).

Serve right away for a soft sorbet, or chill for an hour for a firmer texture. Enjoy! 💛🍍🍍

Easy Pineapple Mocktail🍍🍹

This refreshing and flavorful Pineapple Mocktail comes together in under 10 minutes - perfect for celebrating with family, friends, and kids this weekend!🤗

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pineapple chopped
- ¼ lemon
- 2 cups of water
- ½ a cup of ice
- Mint leaves to garnish
- 1 pear optional

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Peel pineapple and chop into chunks.

Step 2
Add the pineapple, lemon and water to a smoothie maker. Blend until smooth.

Step 3
Finally, sieve the mixture. Add ice to a cup and pour in the non-alcoholic pineapple drink. Enjoy

Notes:
Fizz: Add some fizz by swapping water with sparkling water.
Add more tropical flavours by adding mango, guava, banana apples etc.

Anti-Inflammatory Pineapple Smoothie🍍🍹

This vibrant Anti-Inflammatory Pineapple Smoothie blends tropical fruit with lemon and celery seeds for a delicious, natural way to ease inflammation.🤗

INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams frozen pineapple
- 2 soft ripe pears, chopped
- 300ml coconut milk (or any dairy‑free milk)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp celery seeds (optional)

Optional color layers: 1/2 cup raspberries for pink layer; pinch turmeric powder for yellow layer;
For topping (optional): coconut yogurt, shredded coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend pineapple, pears, coconut milk, lemon juice, and celery seeds until smooth, adding more milk if needed.

For layers:
– Blend ½ cup with raspberries for a pink layer.
