Mango and Pineapple Dole Whip🍍🥭

Tropical sunshine in every spoonful - refreshing and bursting with farm-fresh flavour!🍍🥭☀️

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen pineapples
- 1 cup frozen mangoes
- ¼ cup coconut cream, (just the solid part;
discard the liquid).
- 2 Tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2
Scoop the dole whip into a piping bag and swirl it into bowls. If you would like a more frozen dessert, tie the filled piping bag with a rubber band and keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes before piping it into bowls.

Step 3
Top with fresh fruit and enjoy! 😉 🍍

Fresh, vibrant, and naturally refreshing 🍍🥥🍋

This Pineapple, Ginger & Lemon drink is packed with real ingredients and feel-good flavour. The perfect boost for any day. Try it and taste the sunshine!
🍍🥥🍋

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pineapple, flesh only – cut into chunks
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 225g of fresh ginger, scrubbed and rinsed

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prep the ingredients
Scrub ~50 g fresh ginger (no need to peel) and cut into small pieces.Peel, core, and chop 1 medium pineapple (about 1–1.2 kg) into chunks.

2. Blend and strain
Blend the ginger with some pineapple and 100–200 ml water to help it process. Add the remaining pineapple and blend until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl, pressing with a spatula to extract all the juice.

3. Add liquids
Juice 2–3 lemons (about 80–120 ml juice) and stir into the mixture along with 500 ml coconut water. Mix well and serve chilled. 🍍🥥🍋

Coconut Pineapple Yogurt Pops 🍍🥥🍦

Vacation on a stick! Creamy, fruity and sweet - the perfect summer treat! 🍍☀️🏝️

INGREDIENTS �- 1 cup canned coconut milk�- 1 ½ cups pineapple or vanilla yogurt�- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- ¾ teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze the popsicles overnight before eating. Enjoy! 😬

Chilli Pineapple Salad 🍍🥒🔥
A fresh, tangy, Woolworths‑inspired salad to brighten your weekend table!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 lime - zested & juiced
• 50 g sugar
• ¼ t Woolworths piri‑piri chilli seasoning
• ½ t smoked chilli flakes
• 400 g Woolworths queen pineapple, sliced
• 250 g Woolworths smooth cottage cheese
• 1 T honey (plus extra for serving)
• 1 t ground turmeric
• 150 g Mediterranean cucumber, thinly sliced

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
In a bowl, mix lime juice, zest, sugar, piri‑piri and chilli flakes. Toss the pineapple so it’s well coated.

Step 2
Lightly grill pineapple for 2–3 minutes per side until just charred.

Step 3
Whisk the cottage cheese with honey and turmeric until smooth and fluffy.

Step 4
Plate the grilled pineapple over the cheese mix, top with cucumber, a drizzle of honey and extra lime zest.
