I am so proud of my girl Samantha for empowering so many amazing women every week in the local community at with .

They hosted this powerful event in honour of International Women's Day and honestly I couldn't be prouder 🥲

I trained Samantha in September over a short period of just 9 days. She trusted the process and has carried on the essence of yoga to people who are in such dire need of some inner peace when things around them are chaotic and out of control.

Samantha thank you so much for making my dream of spreading yoga around the world come true. You are my hero ✨️

Lima you have served us well - except the beeping cars. It has a very India-esque vibe

Such a great city break for food, drinks and family activities

Our highlights:

✨️ bouldering (tomorrow!)

Making the most of the last few days in the Galapogas....

Last sunrise
Last sealion waddle
Last brew
Last coffee
Last sunset
Then the last 'see you soon' with a good friend who bid us farewell 👋🏾

The Galapogas will always hold a special place in our hearts for us 4

We worked hard and made an impact on the conservation.
We bonded and created a wonderful new extended family.
We had the most unbelievable marine life experiences we could have never have even dreamed of let alone lived.

Thank you Galapogas and thank you for an incredible family experience

P.s. My annoyance of sealion grunts turned around to an endearing chatter

Join us on our second day at work.

Today was much more fun and less physically intense but unfortunately being rain season it was wet THE WHOLE DAY 🙃

Nevertheless we did our activities fed the tortoises, observed some VERY entertaining sealion behaviour and then jumped into the sea to swim with them as you do... then walked to a very tasty pastry shop so Vish and the girls could get their fix of the BEST vegan cookie ever (Except Sias home made ones)!

Grateful we get to be in such close quarters with these incredible giants...

After months of online studying alongside projects, 4 pool practice sessions and 4 open water dives and 1 extreme panic moment (from me) we are both Padi qualified open water divers!

It may be one of the most challenging things ive overcome and achieved, baring in mind 20 years ago I had a fear of the unknown in open waters.

But Sia om the other hand is a natural born mermaid and watching her calmed my nerves so much. She was graceful and so inspiring alongside being in awe of marine life.

It really is a different world under there. Different species, animals, coral, communities.
Just pure magic.
I'm excited for the doors its opened for us to a different world.
