The weird and wonderful creatures of galapogas so far...

Join us on our second day at work.

Today was much more fun and less physically intense but unfortunately being rain season it was wet THE WHOLE DAY 🙃

Nevertheless we did our activities fed the tortoises, observed some VERY entertaining sealion behaviour and then jumped into the sea to swim with them as you do... then walked to a very tasty pastry shop so Vish and the girls could get their fix of the BEST vegan cookie ever (Except Sias home made ones)!

Grateful we get to be in such close quarters with these incredible giants...

"How are you feeling about travelling again after being home for 3 weeks?"

Really excited. Being back in London was such a good reminder of how our lives are filled with so much love, luxury and laughter.

Life has been so indulgent with having all of our favourite foods from home cooked faves, to restaurants and even new take away joints.

All our close family and friends have been so wonderful and kind to carve out time to genuinely be interested in hearing about our stories and adventures - all the highs and lows. And a common question from many other parents - how is the homeschooling going? 🤭

Despite the comforts of the last 3 weeks, we are still, if not even more so, excited and grateful for the next leg of our trip - even the early wake up calls, the cold showers, the lack of Internet connections, the limited access to nutritional vegan/vegetarian food.

Our first 3 weeks we will be driving up the West coast of South America from Patagonia, Chile to Buenas Aires, Argentina. Lots of hikes, lakes, mountains and fresh air that will make us all feel alive. That I CANNOT wait for!

Missing moments💫

Anaya faced her fear of baboons and had the most incredible time playing with this little bibs! 🤩

We were so proud of her bravery and even better she was so proud of herself! ❤️

Huge thanks to the amazing conservation team for letting us be a part of their project and for teaching us about the importance of protecting these incredible creatures.

✨️Meet the Fam✨️

The youngest in our family of four is Anaya who is 8 years old.

Born at only 27 weeks and 2 days, Anaya came into this world as a stronger fighter. She's resilient, beautiful and extremely thoughtful with a great sense of humour which she has inherited from her papa.

99% of the time she's a sweet, happy bunny skipping from place to place humming continuously. But boy when she's hangry.... get her a bowl of fruit now! (Followed by bowl of pasta!)

Anaya is always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and this kind aura makes her even more loveable.

Anaya has a talent for writing great stories, being creative and holds herself to a high level of standards in any work she does or creates. - Check out her incredible stories on our website

Being the youngest she was quite reluctant to travel for a year, to new and undiscovered destinations, leaving her loved ones, understandably so. But it has been such a joy to see her thrive and embrace every hurdle and positive encounter with a positive mindset.

After months of online studying alongside projects, 4 pool practice sessions and 4 open water dives and 1 extreme panic moment (from me) we are both Padi qualified open water divers!

It may be one of the most challenging things ive overcome and achieved, baring in mind 20 years ago I had a fear of the unknown in open waters.

But Sia om the other hand is a natural born mermaid and watching her calmed my nerves so much. She was graceful and so inspiring alongside being in awe of marine life.

It really is a different world under there. Different species, animals, coral, communities.
Just pure magic.
I'm excited for the doors its opened for us to a different world.
