Devahiti Yoga and Bodywork DEVAHITI YOGA draws awareness to yoga within the context of Ayurveda to arrive at Asana aligned with both Gravity and Cosmic Intelligence.

Over the last 40 years I have been on a journey exploring the body-mind connection as it relates to health. Through years of dedicated study and practice of yoga and of a multitude of alternative healing disciplines, I realized I was combing the wisdom of all of these to bring the body back to it's natural state of alignment. Thus "Devahiti" was born- a holistic approach that understands health to be a matter of continual adjustment on all levels; body, mind and spirit. It is a flexible and evolving process that adapts and responds to new and repeated challenges that are raised by our health requirements in an ever changing world. The most important attribute of any pose is the position of the spine. Once you understand the movement of the spine in yoga poses, you will know how to choose an appropriate pose, how to teach it and how to adapt it to a specific student.
