The School of Sacred Living - Online Sanctum

A new home for this work is now open.

For many years, I have walked with women through healing, remembering, and initiation. What has become increasingly clear to me is this:

As women, the most profound and joyful healing happens when we are held in ongoing relationship, shared practice, and community.

The Online Hub was born from this wisdom.

This is a living space created to support women not just to awaken, but to stay in relationship with what awakens in them, through connection and ongoing devotion to excavating truth.

Our recent gathering at Lumina Nyx showed me what becomes possible when women doing the work come together with presence and joy. It confirmed community as medicine, not as an idea, but as a lived experience. I want more of this, and more spaces where what is cultivated together can be shared outward into the world.

Pain has been a constant companion in my life.
Every kind of headache, from cluster to migraine, I’ve suffered it. Fibromyalgia haunted me like a shadow. I spent years trying to silence the pain, to escape it. But my journey toward embracing my Shamanic being taught me something radical: to stop running… and listen.

When I surrendered and became the pain, I could finally hear what my body had been screaming for years. This wasn’t just senseless torture, it was sacred communication.

What followed was a complete reshaping of how I inhabit this temple. I found profound presence and healed lifetimes and generations of wounding. Pain finally became a whisper.

Sufferers know, Chronic pain can pull you into victimhood and dissociation. But there is another way to live.

For nearly two decades, I practiced as an integrative medical doctor, before it even had a name—bringing together traditional and alternative tools in service of deep healing. My work borne from the fire of my own journey through chronic pain, particularly cluster headaches, and I was never content to stop at symptom relief. I wanted to understand what it really meant to heal—what lay beyond the diagnosis.

While treating patients clinically, I was also walking a much deeper path, the Shamanic path of my ancestors, studying the mystical arts, apprenticing to the medicines of the Earth, and remembering the ancient wisdom that lives in my bones. There came a time when the conventional container of clinical practice could no longer hold the depth of what I had become. I stepped away to fully honour the unseen—my initiation into Mystery

Now, years later, I’ve been called to return—not to medicine as the world knows it, but to a new frontier. A space where body, soul, psyche, ancestry, and multidimensionality are woven together. A space where healing is not only about fixing the body, but about freeing the being.

I call this Multisensory Medicine.

It’s not just a framework—it’s a frequency. A sacred remembering of the human as multidimensional. It is a reclamation of the body as portal, the illness as teacher, and the Medicine Woman as vessel and anchor.
