My heart is filled with gratitude for our recent trip in Mexico and Guatemala. To delve deeper into Mayan and Aztec cosmology, the rich teachings and profound insights will live through me forever. 🪷

What an honour to have experienced such a beautiful, vibrant and animated culture, especially in Mexico. ✨

Recent discoveries with Lidar technology shows that only a very small % of ruins have actually been uncovered, the rest has been swallowed by the mighty jungles over centuries. For us, to know how little we know about ancient civilasations and the mysteries surrounding pyramids. 🌀

Highly advanced beings that were interconnected across the continents, this is becoming more and more clear as we unravel the past. How exciting! 😁

Bless our journeys as we realise our truth and our interconnectedness with our Great Mother Earth. 🙏

We came together to share, learn, grow and remember the medicine of Breath. 🪷

Deepest gratitude for the experience we shared in March 2025. 🙏

You breathed with us. 
You let us breathe without imposing your breath on us.
We could find our rhythm, our depth, ourselves and that which wanted to come to the surface from within us was allowed to be.
You made the abstract concept of ‘holding space’ visible and, above all, tangible within us.
And of course you didn’t do it, we did it ourselves. 
And you showed us that it is not the person who guides the breath who is to be admired,
but the person who decides to go deeper. 
To dare to discover oneself. 
To dare to surprise oneself. 
To be courageous, to explore new spaces within oneself through breathing. 
This is only possible in a space that is safe. 
You have given us that. 
I am very grateful for that.
I can recommend the course with Jean from the bottom of my heart. 
We now have all the tools. 
Now breathing can take us on the journey. 
I am ready.
