Shortly after my wife and I bought a cottage off plan in Kronendal Retirement Village in 2008, the developer invited me to be the Resident Estate agent for the Village. I leapt at the opportunity and we moved into our new cottage in August 2009.
Just before the development was completed, I started my own agency, Kronendal Village Real Estate, so that I could handle the re-sales. Having lived here for nearly ten years, I know the Village intimately and can advise accurately, on any aspect of living here.
You do not have to be retired to live in the Kronendal Retirement Village. There are many residents here, who are still active in business, go hiking, go fishing, touring etc. Just think......
Your levies take care of the gardens (unless you wish to be involved), the painting of the exterior of your cottage every 5 years, the timberwork treated every 3 years, 15 meals per month in the dining-room (you get billed for as many additional meals that you may have) excellent security and borehole water for irrigation. In fact, our ground-water is so strong, that we have installed a water purification plant and will be off the municipal grid within the next month.
Please "like and share" my page and I look forward to hearing from you.
