Traditional meditation often asks us to quiet the mind or focus on the breath.
Somatic-Based Meditation gently goes a step further — inviting awareness into the body, where stress and emotional patterns are often held.
Rather than trying to “clear” the mind, this practice supports the nervous system, helps release stored tension, and encourages a deeper sense of presence and emotional balance.
This is not about doing meditation perfectly.
It’s about learning to feel, notice, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, compassionate way.
✨ Sessions are kept intentionally small (maximum of 6 participants) to ensure a calm and supportive space.
