Its beginning to feel a lot like.... 🎅🎄😊. The tunes playing in the shops, the decorations and lights are up, families are gathering, and everything feels a little more festive.

Thank you to all who have supported my small practice this year, I truly value you all. Its now time for a short break to rest the body and brain 😄. The practice will be closed from Monday 22 December and will reopen on Monday 5 January. If you would like to make contact to book appointments for January, please get in touch by WhatsApp.

Pain is very complex - and even though we experience pain as being at its source, all pain is "felt" in the brain, as we all interpret pain differently depending on our past experiences and beliefs about pain.
